Teamtalk are reporting that a bid in the region of £800,000 has been made for disgruntled West Brom star, Andy Johnson.

The question is...is the bid from Leicester? Planet football are calling the bidder a "mystery club".

Micky Adams has been linked to the player for the last couple of weeks.

Johnson handed a transfer request in at the Baggies last week despite saying he desperately didn't want to leave, because the deal they are offering him is "derisory".

The former F£$%&* midfielder was rated at £2.2m when he left Norwich for the Trees back in 1997.
