Forfoxsake was launched in 1998 by three members of the LCFC Internet Mailing list. It is now run by two of the original members of the team and is currently in it's fourth incarnation. FFS Time Line

June 1998: During the close season Steven Chater has an idea to create a professional looking LCFC website run by fans.

July 1998: After recruiting Paul Coulson (web designer) and Lynn Wyeth (everything else) Forfoxsake begins to take shape.

August 1998: Forfoxsake V1.0 is launched onto the Internet with a very warm welcome.

August 1998: Forfoxsake publishes a now legendary interview with Gerry Lennon, Neil Lennons farther written by Steph Newman.

October 1999: After over a year with Forfoxsake Paul Coulson leaves the project and Lynn and Ste take over all aspects of the site.

November 1999: Ste begins redesigning the site to bring it upto date with the new millennium.

January 2000: Forfoxsake V2.0 is launched again with a very warm reception.

February 2000: Forfoxsake joins the then called Unofficial Football Network (UFN)

May 2000: Forfoxsake V3.0 is put into production. The main challenge is to completely redesign Forfoxsake.

July 2000: Forfoxsake V3.0 is launched.

September 2000: FFS launches it's petition to get City's UEFA Cup game moved to neutral territory. Hundreds of people sign it.

December 2000: Forfoxsake is now regularly attracting more than 1500 visitors a day.

February 2001: FFS V4.0 is launched.
