City shareholders are still eagerly awaiting Kinch's proposals...no sign as yet, despite his promise to send them out as soon as he'd seen the club's response.

In the meantime City fans who are against Kinch's takeover plans can do their bit to try and influence one of the club's biggest shareholders...NTL.

Freddie Fletcher, the ex-Newcastle director who is part of Kinch's new gang of three, was the managing director of Premium TV, the NTL company that run all the club websites. Does this mean NTL will back him?

Shareholders voted to allow NTL to have 9.9% of the LCFC...now lets see if they back the wishes of those very same shareholders.

You can e-mail their PR guy at [email protected] and ask that the NTL/PTV board be told that you are totally against any take over bid from Kinch and the Geordies, and hope that they will vote with the majority of shareholders at the club to make sure this does not happen.
