BY CAR:
From all directions (M2): Exit M2 at junction 4 and at motorway roundabout follow signs to `Gillingham A278' onto the A278. Stay on the A278 for 1.8 miles, over two roundabouts to a 3rd roundabout. Here, turn left (s/p Gillingham, Chatham A2) onto the A2. Straight on for 0.5 miles, over one roundabout, and then turn right at lights (s/p Strand Leisure Park/Riverside Country Park) into Woodlands Road. After 0.7 miles turn left (opposite Mayfair Cars) into Chicago Avenue. The floodlights are visible from here. Park this side of the ground for a quick(er) getaway. For the ground: At end of Chicago Avenue turn right and then abrupt left into Redfern Avenue.

FROM RAILWAY STATION (Gillingham): 5-10 minute walk. By taxi: �2.50 - ask for the turnstiles on Redfern Avenue. By foot: Turn left out of station and immediately left again (opposite Job Centre) onto Balmoral Road. Turn left after 0.4 miles into Gillingham Road, and then next right into Linden Road. At T-junction turn right into Redfern Avenue to the away turnstiles. Last Midweek Trains: Call (0345) 484 950.

BY BUS: The nos. 101, 132, 136, 182 and 183 run from Chatham bus station at the Pentagon shopping centre to Gillingham town centre.

FANS TRAVELLING BY CAR SHOULD NOTE - The area around the Priestfield Stadium is residents only parking. The public car park on Railway Street behind the station is only a 5-10 minute walk from the ground. To avoid some of the post-match gridlock, home fans advise visitors to park facing the way home, as turning round can take hours!
