This match review is brought to you in partnership with a chicken and mushroom slice from Ginsters.

Impey misses another header...

Ok picture this. You leave the M25 slip road to go onto the M1 late last night. You grind to a halt as there are lorries and footy fans stacked up and no sign of any movement. No traffic news on the rdio either of course, and no way of getting off once on.

You eventually, 1 hr later finally make it onto the M1 where there are the 4 lanes of the M1, and the two feeder lanes from the M25 (E & W) joining. All 6 lanes then, within a few hundred yards go down to 1 lane. That takes another half an hour. You then drive along the one lane looking for the road works. There are none. Until, miles up the road you suddenly spot 4 men working up on a bridge off the motorway.

Highways Agency...you're going to die. We got home at gone 3am and to say we were tired (having been up at 3.30 in the morning) is an understatement.

And all for one of the worst most awful games of football wehave ever ever seen in my life. It was truly appalling.

Who said Div 1 footy wasn't pretty?? Fooking UNDERSTATEMENT of the millennium!

Bunch of useless lazy fat overweight overpaid schoolboys chasing (but not very fast) the ball.

They hung around in clumps and loads of them all went for the ball at the same time. Both teams just hoofed it upfield. We might well as not have had one single midfielder on.

That was relegation material last night . Thank God Palace were just as bloody awful. Wehave never seem such sh*t in my life. Micky Adams must be wondering what the hell he's doing here.

That is not the performance we deserved on the day we hear the club could struggle to stay in business. They should be ashamed of themselves.

We didn't see a second yellow for Taggs. First was a yellow, 2nd looked like a straight red to us. He was bloody stupid to go into a challenge like that after just being booked...the guy made an absolute meal of it. If the video evidence shows even the slightest contact then it'll not be rescinded and the thought of that bunch of muppets last night minus Jerry is not our idea of an attractive 3 games coming up.

On the plus side....McKinlay was the only one trying for 1st half hour then disappeared as they hoofed it. Junior did ok bless him, at least he got a couple of tackles in. Benjamin....oh what can we say. You know how FFS felt about Heskey....Trev is Heskey without any of the talent. It's a scary thought. Get bloody Stevo or Wright on.

But the fans had a good singsong, and the sausage and mash they serve there was different.

Woeful.
