Leicester City are out of the Carling Cup following tonight's 3-2 defeat at Premiership Fulham.
Leicester made four changes from the team that beat Tranmere on Saturday. Chris Powell made his debut at left back, with Tunchev, Dickov and Wesolowski also coming into the team, replacing Hobbs, Porter, Oakley and Gradel.
Fulham made just one change from the team that beat Arsenal in the Premiership at the weekend.
Fulham took the lead after 30 minutes when a shot from former West Brom midfielder Zoltan Gera was deflected past David Martin in the Leicester goal. Despite this setback Leicester were the dominant team towards the end of the first half and were unfortunate not to get a penalty when Michael Morrison was pulled back in the area.
Nigel Pearson made a change at half time, bringing on Max Gradel for Matt Fryatt, and this immediately brought an equaliser. Gradel made a run down the right and his cross was turned in by Paul Dickov.
Two minutes later Leicester had the lead, when Andy King's shot from just inside the area beat Mark Schwarzer in the Fulham goal.
Leicester had their chances to extend their lead, but Jimmy Bullard equalised in the 83rd minute, then Danny Murphy broke Leicester's hearts with an injury time winner, with another deflected shot.
