Leicester's winless run continued in Devon this afternoon with a 3-0 defeat at Plymouth. The home team won comfortably with goals from Peter Halmosi, Sylvan Ebanks-Blake and Barry Hayles.
It was another awful performance from Leicester, a defensive shambles again, the team showed no creativity and no fight.
Rob Kelly in his post match Radio Leicester interview sounded
totally deflated and he must be fearing for his job. I wouldn't be at
all surprised if we have a caretaker manager in charge for the Norwich
match on Saturday. Something needs to change, more performances like
this and there's a real danger that Leicester could drop into the
bottom three, if the likes of Barnsley, Southend and Leeds continue to
pick up points.
Team:
Henderson, Maybury, Kisnorbo, Kenton, Johansson, Newton, Jarrett,
Wesolowski, Porter, Hume, Fryatt. Subs: Logan, Stearman, Hughes,
Johnson, Horsfield.
