Two Paddys in international action
McCarthy and Kisnorbo were involved in international action last night. Patrick Kisnorbo returned to the Australia team for the first time since 2004, in their 1-1 draw with Ghana. Kisnorbo was unfortunately involved in Ghana's goal - the Australian FA reported that a cross "looked to be comfortably held by Schwarzer. But as he came down, the ball hit the head of a prone Kisnorbo on the ground and the ball spilled out of the keeper’s hands and it was an easy finish for Agogo"

Paddy McCarthy played for the republic of Ireland team in their 0-0 draw with Scotland B.

Iain Hume and Momo Sylla are also on international duty this week.

de Vries seeks Levein reunion
