Leicester City have been relegated to the third tier of English football for the first time in their history, following this afternoon's 0-0 draw at Stoke City, who have been promoted to the Premiership.

Leicester started the day in 21st place in the Championship table but dropped into the final relegation place when Southampton won against Sheffield United.
